Reporting something
For anything that is not right there is a Report button on every profile, entry and concert. That is quicker than an email: the report goes straight into the moderation queue and you get a confirmation of receipt.
Wrong concert data
Some dates come from outside sources and are sometimes wrong or duplicated. Report the concert with the button on its page and it gets corrected or merged.
Account, data, subscription
You do the data export and the account deletion yourself under Settings, and you cancel the subscription under Cancel your subscription. Neither needs to go through a request.
